Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your pet photo.

Delivery times:

• United States: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 7–12 business days
• Australia & NZ: 8–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–18 business days

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Free shipping on all orders over $60 USD.

We stand behind every gift we make. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will remake it free of charge.

To request a remake, email hello@gagagrin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for orders that cannot be remade to an acceptable standard.

After completing your order, reply to the confirmation email with your pet photo attached. We recommend:

• High-resolution images (1 MB or larger)
• Good lighting, ideally natural light
• Clear view of your pet's face
• JPG or PNG format

If you have any special requests (custom text, background colour, etc.), include them in the email.

We collect only the information needed to process your order: name, email address, shipping address, and your pet photo.

Your photos are yours. We use them solely to fulfil your order and will never share, sell, or use them for marketing without your explicit permission.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all transactions. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
